The short version. Don't break the site. Don't impersonate someone else. The content is ours; you're welcome to read and link to it. Engagements with TFI Lava are governed by signed agreements, not by anything on this page.

1. Who we are

TFI Lava LLC ("TFI Lava," "we," "us," or "our") operates tfilava.com and intake.tfilava.com. The site is informational. It is not a contract, an offer to enter a contract, or a representation of services available in your jurisdiction.

All content on tfilava.com — copy, photography, design system, the TFI Lava name and mark, the Lava Method™, illustrations — is © 2026 TFI Lava LLC unless otherwise noted. You may read, link to, and quote from the site for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any reuse beyond that requires written permission.

4. Engagements with TFI Lava

Anything described on the site about our services is a general description, not a binding offer. Actual engagements are governed by signed engagement letters or master service agreements between TFI Lava and the client. If those documents conflict with anything on the site, the signed documents control.

5. No warranty

We try to keep the site accurate, but we make no warranty about completeness, currency, or fitness for any particular purpose. Information here is offered "as is." For decisions on specific projects, talk to us.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TFI Lava LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Direct liability for site issues is capped at $100.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

8. Changes
