A short, plain-English summary of how TFI Lava handles your information. We don't sell or share, we don't run third-party trackers, and we use the information you submit only to follow up on a conversation.
We only collect information you choose to give us. There are two paths:
We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral trackers. The site uses one first-party cookie to remember your preferences (e.g., that you've dismissed the cookie notice). That's it.
Contact form submissions are stored in our internal CRM, which is hosted on Notion and managed by TFI Lava staff. Newsletter signups are stored with our email service provider (Resend). Both providers have their own security and privacy practices, which we've reviewed and consider appropriate.
We retain contact form submissions as long as the conversation is active or relevant to a project, plus a reasonable buffer for follow-up. If we haven't talked in two years and you haven't been a client, we'll delete or anonymize your record.
You can ask us at any time to:
Email info@tfilava.com with the request. We'll respond within a few business days.
If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and post a brief note describing what changed. Substantive changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
Email info@tfilava.com. We'll respond.
